Today Sebastian Terry, the founder of “100 Things” and “Kindsum,” joins me to discuss how to create your happiness and defining how you want to live your life. After the death of a close friend, Sebastian created a bucket list of 100 things that lit him up no matter how scary or confronting. From swimming with sharks, skydiving naked, saving a life to marrying a stranger, he jumped in to accomplish as much as possible and through the process it revealed what truly made him happy and was the catalyst to his purpose to help others set meaningful goals and achieve them. For Sebastian this was more than a bucket list. It’s about something more far reaching; permission, choice, growth and connection.
